Frequently Asked Questions

  • I provide therapy through telehealth (video) therapy in Marion, Ohio. I can meet with anyone who is physically in Ohio during our sessions.

  • I would provide you with a link that is HIPPA-compliant to protect your privacy. All you need is a laptop/computer/desktop that has video capabilities, a good internet connection, and a private room and you’re good to go!

  • At this time, I only provide therapy through a secure video platform. I plan to have an in-person office space in the future, and I will let everyone know when that’s available. Stay tuned!

  • Individual therapy: $120/session

    Individual therapy assessment: $130 (first session only)

    Marriage counseling: $150/session

    Marriage counseling assessment: $160 (first session only)

    I accept commercial Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford, and Ohio Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. All other insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid, would be out-of-network. I CANNOT see anyone with Medicare insurance who wishes to be private pay at this time. I also cannot provide services to anyone who has Medicaid or Medicare as a secondary insurance.

    I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company if you have those benefits.

  • During the first one to two sessions, I’ll ask questions about what you want to work on and your background. Then, we’ll talk about your goals and what you want to get out of therapy. We’ll start exploring and digging into your concerns from there, but you are always in the driver’s seat of what we talk about!

  • How long someone is in therapy is different for every person. Sometimes someone may be in therapy for only a few months, while some people may be in therapy for up to a year or longer. We’ll talk about what your goals for therapy are when we first meet and the signs that you’ve met those goals. When you feel you’ve met your goals, that would show our work together is done!

  • I am available Mondays 10 AM-5 PM, Tuesdays 12 PM- 7 PM, Wendesdays 12 PM-7 PM, and Thursdays 10 AM- 5 PM.
